Staff at several middle schools needed initial training on
exporting grades to TERMS. There was one-on-one training provided
to the appropriate staff at these schools as well as written
documentation. Additional training and documentation was provided
as needed to high school staffs as requested. See the
image at the bottom of this page for additional evidence. |

Prior to all workshops, an e-mail was sent to each C&I
Assistant Principal that explained the contents, date, time,
location and prerequisite. The Assistant Principal then forwarded
this memo to their staff. A reminder memo was sent to the Assistant
Principal for forwarding to their staff the day before the training
occurred. |

As staff members provide feedback for Excelsior
Gradebook modifications and needed documentation, this information
is incorporated into existing documents and placed in the Groupwise
folder. Thus, appropriate school staff can quickly obtain the
latest version. |
