Diagnoses the entry level and skill of students. Prior to any staff workshop, the advertised level and prerequisite is advertised. The workshop is modified for various levels, if needed, during the workshop by grouping or individualized instruction.

Selects, adapts, or develops instructional materials based on assessment. Instructional materials are always created keeping in mind the ability level of those having the weakest background. Handouts are always provided for participants.
Possesses the ability to comprehend and work with fundamental mathematical concepts. When providing staff and student workshops, many require a mathematical background, especially Excelsior Gradebook, Excel Spreadsheet, and Dreamweaver. Mathematical concepts are reviewed and explained during these workshops.
